Major Handsome

Introducing Major Handsome Angus Hamilton Esq (ahem, yes), a vintage and antiques dealer from East London. Here he is off duty having a smoke while sneakily blending into the surroundings on Brick Lane.

Ruth in sailor stripes

Ahoy matey! Ruth’s nautical inspired look is both classic and playful – perfect for a spring day jaunt in the sun. She wears an American Apparel tee, Primark jumper, Zara jeans, Marc by Marc Jacobs bag, Deena & Ozzy pastel boat shoes, belt from Argentina and Warby Parker glasses.

Max Factor

My photos were featured in yesterday’s Evening Standard for a story on Nike Air Max’s (click on the image to enlarge). The iconic trainers are celebrating their 25th birthday and it seems that half of London is sporting them. Scroll down for more Air Max lovin’…

Matt Hambly_sml

Matt is the Menswear Editor at ASOS, “My trainers are CTBBQ Air Max 90 Hyperfuses. They were made in conjunction with the trainer website Crooked Tongues and I was extremely lucky to win a pair. I kept them in the box for about a year and then decided they needed to be worn. With crushing inevitability, I spilled red wine on them the next day.”

Sarah Ryan_sml

The lovely Sarah is a nurse from Ruislip “I definitely have a thing for Air Max! These are my favourites as I got them for my birthday a few years ago and my Mum picked them out. She’s the coolest.”

Dan Masoliver_sml

Dan is a writer for FHM “I think I got them in the wrong size but I still wear them because I like them so much.”

Chloe Rahall_sml

Chloe is a freelance designer “I’ve got so many pairs. I’m addicted to them.”

Saul on Regents Canal

The sun in London finally (!) came out this weekend and I met Saul basking in the rays on Regents Canal. He’s a musician from Angel and wears a vintage jacket and shirt, Reiss jeans, Prada shoes and vintage Ray Ban sunglasses.

Viva Cuba!

Cuban hair_1

When wandering through Havana I stumbled upon a makeshift barbershop down an alleyway. This a perfect example of how proud Cubans are of their country- shaving the flag into their hair. Amazing!

José was on his way to a date when I met him in Greenwich Village. I’m sure the lucky lady would have been well impressed with his cool-kid, monochrome look. He wears a Uniqlo jacket, a shirt he bought in the Lower East Side, American Apparel hoodie, H&M trousers, Converse trainers and Ray Bans.
