As I walked down my road on Sunday afternoon, I came across Sybillina and her friends on their way back from church. At 84 years old, she looks the toast of the town in her pink dress, matching hat, fur coat and jewels. And for that extra dash of glamour, the big shades perfectly top off her outfit. The secret to her youth? She says it all comes down to good genes, eating well and regular exercise. So there you go. I’ll be praying that I look half as good as Sybillina if I reach 84.
